​Dream Maids Tx is a Professional Cleaning Limited Liability Company. ​​We encourage clients to sit and watch while the job is being completed with the understanding that touching is off limits. If this becomes an issue for the client, the employees will be removed. If a clean must be stopped at fault of the customer, they will still remain liable for the full cost of the job and may be barred from scheduling with us again.​​​​

Non-Hostility Agreement: Please remember to treat our cleaning technicians with dignity, they are in your home to provide a service & in order for them to give 100% we expect nothing less than your upmost respect for the duration of their time in your home.

Open Door Policy: For the duration of the clean, locked doors are not permitted. If you are in a sectioned area of your home (bathroom, bedroom, office) please make sure the door remains unlocked in the case of an emergency.

Residents Only: For the duration of your clean, only the client that scheduled the clean will be permitted inside of the residence. Your clean may be halted and even canceled if there are unauthorized persons inside of the home.

Schedule Changes or Cancellations: We understand that there are changes in schedules in our busy lives. In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be changed or cancelled, we ask that our clients notify us two business days (2) in advance. This gives us an opportunity to fill that spot and keep our employees working a full schedule. When a client cancels with less than a two (2) day notice a fee of 50% of the charges for that service will be applied. 

For their safety and to comply with Federal OSHA regulations, our cleaning technicians are prohibited from using ladders other than company provided ladders and are instructed to wear shoes in your home. Thank you for understanding. 

Health Matters: If you’re unwell, rest. Please do not risk spreading illness to others. We will happily reschedule for a time when you’re able to be your best self. We hold ourselves to the same standard & will never send a sick employee to your home. We do not require employees to be vaccinated, we ask if you are immunocompromised, you wear a mask for the duration of our stay for your safety.

Happiness Guaranteed: In the case a client is unsatisfied with their services we ask that they reach out to us @dreammaidstx with any issues so we may work to quickly resolve them.

Tipping: tipping is not required but is a great way to show your cleaners they did a great job and you want them to come again

Referrals: Clients will receive a $35 discount on their next cleaning service for referring each new customer to Dream Maids Tx LLC. This discount becomes effective after the referred customer’s first cleaning

  Dream Maids Tx LLC does not allow its employees to take any item(s) of any nature from a customer’s home without first having written permission for our office records. This is done for your protection as well as ours. If you choose to give your cleaning staff something (a lamp for example) that you no longer need please protect them by also sending a note to the office that states that you gave them the item to prevent our staff from receiving reprimands or being terminated. When entering into an agreement for services with Dream Maids Tx LLC you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by Dream Maids Tx LLC for any home-related services. If you are found to have solicited one of our staff please be advised that our referral/ training fee is $2,500 payable to Dream Maids Tx LLC immediately upon employing our staff for any services to your home/ business + your maid will be terminated immediately from our employment as they will also be in breech of their own non solicitation agreement.​​ 

We want to remind clients that Dream Maids Tx LLC is a professional cleaning company. Soliciting Prostitution is a felony in Texas & Punishable by up to 2 years in prison. We do not, under any circumstances allow our employees to do anything more than clean your home.Dream Maids Tx LLC reserves the right to re-evaluate rates and/or change the Service Agreement &/or policies at any time.We employ but do not remain liable for the actions taken by the individuals employed by us.
